It's so fun to combine the images in the Flowering Rain Boots bundle and I love this little gardening scene that I created with these two cool cards. The first one will be part of the 5-Card LIVE Kit.
Background Basics—I started this card with a Highland Heather card base measuring 4-1/4" x 11" and scored at the 5-1/2" mark. I added a 4-1/4" x 1-1/4" piece of Heart & Home Designer Series Paper close to the bottom of the card front. Next, I stamped a Flowering Rain Boots sentiment in Evening Evergreen ink onto the bottom right of a 4-1/4" x 3" piece of Soft Succulent.
Tulip Flower Box—I stamped the Flowering Rain Boots tulips image in Highland Heather across the top of a 4-1/4" x 2". I added the stems in Soft Succulent ink then adhered the piece to the top of the Soft Succulent layer. I finished by tying the Bumblebee Gingham Ribbon around the card front into a double-knot and trimming the ends, then adding a single Iridescent Rhinestone near the sentiment.
Gardening Boots—I stamped the Flowering Rain Boots in Bumblebee ink, die cut them with the coordinating Rain Boots die and popped them up with Dimensionals.
Gardening Details—I die cut the little Basic Gray garden rake and adhered that with Liquid Multipurpose Glue. The seed packet was stamped in Bumblebee ink, die cut and popped up with Dimensionals.
Two Cool—The second version begins with a Soft Sea Foam card base and the same woodgrain DSP. The tulips are stamped in Flirty Flamingo and the stems in Soft Succulent. Like the first card, mounted onto the same Soft Succulent layer with an Early Evergreen sentiment. I tied the Just Jade Gingham Ribbon from the Flowers For Every Season Ribbon Pack around the card and added Iridescent Rhinestones on the far left near the boots.
Garden Essentials—I stamped the rain boots in Soft Sea Foam and the seed packet in Flirty Flamingo.
