Happy Heart—I die-cut the center of a 4" x 3" piece of True Love Designer Series Paper with the Many Hearts die that has a double-outline cut. The die cuts out the larger center heart, as well as a skinny larger outline heart. I saved that outline for the inside of my card and popped up the heart and heart frame with a gazillion Dimensionals. Notice that I flipped the heart shape to the other side of the True Love black & white paper and that there is a 1/8" recessed outline around the heart. Too Cool!
