I started by trimming off a 1" slice of the card front from the Simply Citrus Just Jade dotted card base, saving that to use on the second card. Let's take a closer look at the details...
Thanks Two Lemons Card #1—After trimming away 1" of the card front, I adhered a 5-1/2" x 1-1/2" piece of Just Jade cardstock to finish off the card front background. I also tied some Calpyso Coral ribbon from the Ornate Garden Ribbon Combo Pack for a pop of color.
Focal Point Card #1—I stamped the Simply Citrus sentiment in Night of Navy ink onto a Whisper White Stitched Shapes circle die-cut, then layered it onto a Night of Navy scallop circle from the Layering Circles dies. It's popped up with Dimensionals. Next, I stamped the lemons in Mango Melody ink onto Mango Melody cardstock and I stamped the leaves in Just Jade ink onto Just Jade cardstock. I fussy-cut those images and adhered them to the circle. I finished by adding a single Champagne Rhinestone for some sparkle.
Just A Note Slices Card #2—For the second card, I adhered the 1" strip from the previous card base to a Garden Green card base. The background is a pre-printed die-cut that I stamped on with the outline leaves and slices images in Night of Navy ink.
Focal Point—I stamped the Simply Citrus greeting in Night of Navy ink onto one of the die-cuts from the kit. I tied some Calypso Coral Baker's Twine around the navy die-cut banner, both from the kit, and popped it up with Dimensionals. I finished by coloring one of the cute little flowers with Dark Mango Melody Stampin' Blends Markers and attached it with a Glue Dots.
