In The Moment In My Thoughts Card
I often create projects using products from the same suite, simply because they were designed to coordinate. But, don't be afraid to bring together items from several different suites and really get creative! This amazing card from Betty Weisbrich does just that! She brings in elements from the New Horizons, Heart & Home and Abstract Beauty suites, combined with a beautiful, stand-alone stamp set.
Background Basics—Betty begins by embossing a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Just Jade with the Hive Embossing Folder. She mounted that onto a vertically-folded 4-1/4" x 11" Basic White Thick card base. Next, she used the retiring Stitched Triangles Dies to die-cut two triangles from the Abstract Beauty Designer Series Paper. She also die-cut Basic White triangles just a little bit larger and layered the floral triangles on to. She adhered the triangles at the top and bottom of the card front with the points positioned toward each other creating a cool spotlight effect.
Focal Point—Betty die-cut a piece of New Horizons Designer Series Paper with the Layering Circles Dies, then stamped an In The Moment image with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. She colored the image with Stampin' Blends Markers in Just Jade for the dress, Pale Papaya for the belt, Daffodil Delight for the hair, Ivory for the skin, Polished Pink for the wine, and Crumb Cake for the hat and table. She also added a little Wink of Stella over the wine color. She finished by pulling out the gold threads from the Just Jade Gold Woven Ribbon and adhering them to the back of the circle. It's all popped up with Dimensionals.
Sweet Sentiment—Betty finished with an In The Moment sentiment stamped in Just Jade ink onto a Basic White Stitched Rectangles die-cut, which is also popped up with Dimensionals.

In The Moment Just Relax Card
This card has a little texture, but is a lot more clean and simple than the card above. The look goes perfectly with the sentiment.
Background Basics—Start by embossing a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Basic White with the Bark 3D Embossing Folder. Mount it onto a Thick Basic White card base.
Focal Point—Die cut a Basic White scalloped rectangle using the Scalloped Contours Dies. Stamp the In The Moment image in Memento Tuxedo Black on the top of the rectangle, then color with Stampin' Blends Markers. Use the Crumb Cake for her hair, the Pale Papaya for the shirt and hair clip, Balmy Blue for the pants and cup, Ivory for her skin and Soft Sea Foam for the pillows.
Finishing Touches—Stamp the sentient in Memento Black at the bottom of the rectangle, then pop up onto the card front. Add a few Pearl Jewels between the image and sentiment. Finish by adding a little Wink of Stella shimmer to the windowpanes.
