I always include a little 3D gift in my monthly Too Cool Stampers Team make & take kits. Typically, it's a cute little holder full of some kind of treats. Last month, I changed it up and created a little decorated notebook to go along with their Beautifully Happy kit. These are so quick and fun to make!
Notebook Basics—I started by purchasing 3-Packs of Mini Composition Notebooks from an office supply store. Any size notebook will do, you'll just want something that is easy to alter. I like composition notebooks that don't have spiral binding, so it's simple to add paper to match the spine. I used some of my leftover Dandy Designs Designer Series Paper, cut to 2-3/4" x 4-1/2" to cover the front and back. I used SEAL Adhesive, but Liquid Multipurpose Glue is also a favorite for this style of project.
For your notebook, simply measure the cover and cut paper to be at least that size, or a little larger. I used my super-sharp Paper Snips to trim away the excess on the edges and to round the corners.
Beautiful Bloom—I stamped the Beautifully Happy single bloom in Memento Black ink onto a Basic White Something Fancy die-cut. I added a sentiment from the stamp set under it with the same ink. I stamped the fill-in images with Pale Papaya ink for the bloom and Calypso Coral for the flower center and buds. The layer is popped up onto a 1-3/4" x 2-3/4" piece of Calypso Coral cardstock with Dimensionals.
Finishing Touches—I added some Wink of Stella shimmer to the flower, then accented it with three Champagne Rhinestones. I finished the notebook by tying some Pale Papaya Open Weave Ribbon around the front cover.
Sweet & Functional—These cute, decorated mini notebooks have so many uses! I like to keep one in my purse for jotting down things to buy and other reminders. I keep one in my car to track mileage. I keep one next to my bed, so I can jot down ideas and thoughts that come to mind and would otherwise keep me awake. I have one for jotting down my daily "thankfuls." They're perfect for grocery lists, gift lists, To-Do lists, journaling and so much more!
If you enjoyed my Fond of Autumn cards, here is one more project that you may like—a greeting card box holder to match! I have all the details about this cool project below!

I had selected a bunch of the Kraft Gift Boxes when they were part of the More To Sale-a-Brate promotion and discovered that they were the perfect size for creating a gift box set of cards! Peggy Tassler designed this Fond of Autumn Kraft Gift Card Box as part of my September Stamp & Share event that I do for my Too Cool Team. I loved how it turned out so much, that I CASEd the design for one of the cards from my Fond of Autumn Class. I used it as a treat box for my team event, but it makes the perfect gift box to hold all 5 card from my Fond of Autumn Class! Too Cool! If you're a cardmaker and love to gift your cards to friends and family, or even sell them at a craft fair...this is a lovely way to package them!
Box Basics—You get 10 food-safe boxes in the package and they come with the adhesive already on the box. Just fold, peel and assemble! So easy! The front was decorated with a 6-1/2" x 1-1/2" piece of Mossy Meadow that was embossed with the Leaf Fall 3D Embossing Folder. The adhesive was added only to the sides, so it wouldn't show through the box window.
Sentiment Label & Accents—The Basic White Stitched Rectangles die-cut was stamped with a Fond of Autumn greeting in Cajun Craze ink and popped up with Dimensionals. The acorn and oak leaf were stamped in Memento Black ink onto Basic White, die-cut with the Autumn Bouquet dies and colored with Stampin' Blends Markers. The leaf was colored with Dark Daffodil Delight and the acorn with Light Crumb Cake and Light Soft Suede. They were colored to purposely leave white around the edges—I'm so loving that look right now! They were attached with Glue Dots to the label. A could of Champagne Rhinestones were also added along the box window to offset the copper foil tag.
Autumn Floral Tag—Just like the card I've shown before, this focal point started with a Tailor Made Tags copper Brushed Metallic tag die-cut. A smaller Crushed Curry Tailor Made Tag die-cut was stamped with the Fond of Autumn large floral in matching ink and adhered over the larger tag. A white baker's twine bow was attached over the tag hole with a Glue Dot.
The large Fond of Autumn image was stamped in Memento Black onto Basic White, die cut with the 4-piece die, and two of the four pieces were colored and used on this box. The flowers are in Light Cajun Craze and Dark Daffodil Delight, the leaves are in Light Mossy Meadow and the berries are in Light Cherry Cobbler. The flowers were popped up and the berries piece was tucked under the tag.
Greeting Card Gift Box—Here's what it looks like holding my five Fond of Autumn Class cards. It's such a large box! It measures 6-1/2" x 4-5/8" x 3/4" and could easy hold lots of fun-size candy, regular size candy bars, gift cards, cash and much more!

Doubling The Card Kit! With a little bit of altering, and adding a few layers and accents, I used the pieces in the Simply Citrus Card Kit to create 30 cards that are stepped up and maximize the value of your kit! The extra cards also give you some ideas on how you can use the Simply Citrus stamp set to make even more cards once these are assembled!
Here's the first pair of Two Cool Simply Citrus altered cards! Watch the Class Replay video linked above to see all of the pairs!
Simply Citrus Navy Lemons & Leaves Card Pair
For the first altered Double The Card Kit pair, I selected the card base with the pre-printed lemons & leaves. I trimmed off 2" from the card front and will be using that piece on a second card.
Navy Lemons & Leaves Card #1—After trimming away 2" of the card front, I stamped the Simply Citrus leaves image in Night of Navy ink onto a 2-1/2" x 5-1/2" piece of Night of Navy cardstock. I adhered it to the card front, positioning the edge of the cardstock flush with the edge of the card base, to create a lovely new card front.
Decorating Card #1—I used the die-cut pieces from the kit that were intended for this card. I adhered the Garden Green banner die-cut, then stamped the sentiment in Night of Navy on the Whisper White label and popped it up with Dimensionals. I finished by adding a Calypso Coral Baker's Twine bow and a few flowers around the sentiment.
Lemons & Leaves Card #2—For the second card, I trimmed about 1/8" off the end of the extra lemons & leaves card base piece to use on my gate-fold card. This card starts with a 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" Just Jade card base, scored at the 2-1/8" and 6-3/8" marks. I adhered the lemons & leaves strip on one side, then embossed a 2" x 5-3/8" piece of Just Jade with the new Wrapped In Texture Embossing Folder and adhered it to the other side.
Focal Point—I stamped the Simply Citrus sentiment in Night of Navy ink onto a Whisper White Stitched So Sweetly die-cut. Next, I stamped the lemons and leaves images onto the piece, too. I colored the lemons with Mango Melody Stampin' Blends Markers, and colored in the leaves with Dark Mint Macaron Blends. It's layered onto a 3-1/8" x 4-1/4" piece of Night of Navy cardstock, then popped up onto the left gate-fold with Dimensionals. I finished with another double bow in Calypso Coral Baker's Twine, attached with a Glue Dot. Optional: Add some Wink of Stella Glimmer for a little extra sparkle!

I love when we have a brand new box that I can decorate into a cool treat holder! The Mini Acetate Boxes perfectly hold a set of 3" x 3" Mini Cards, which makes a lovely gift. I filled my decorated little boxes with a treat instead and used them as table favors for my Too Cool Team!
Box Liner Basics—I created a simple box liner for the Acetate box beginning with a 3" x 7-1/2" piece of Magenta Madness cardstock, scored at the 3/4", 3-3/4" 4-1/2" marks. The front and back were layered with 2-3/4" square pieces of Flowers For Every Season Designer Series Paper and the sides have 1/2" x 2-3/4" strips of DSP.
I slipped the liner inside the box for instant decoration that can be easily removed whenever desired—no adhesive required!
Sweet Sentiment—This Whisper White label was made with the Ornate Frames dies. I stamped the Fancy Phrases sentiment in Magenta Madness and the Fancy Phrases floral image in stamped-off Calypso Coral.
Finishing Touches—I die-cut a Just Jade Forever Flourishes leaves die-cut and trimmed it into 3 parts, using one of the branches behind the label. Next, I popped up the label with Dimensionals and added a Misty Moonlight Twill Ribbon bow with a Glue Dot. I finished with a single Rhinestone Jewel colored with the Dark Just Jade Stampin' Blends Marker.
I filled the box with a matching Dark Chocolate Raspberry Ghirardelli square. It would hold a couple of them, or other small, fun-size candy.
Two Cool—I decorated the second box with another pattern of Flowers For Every Season DSP. The label is from the Tasteful Labels dies this time, stamped with stamped-off Bumblebee for the floral image. I adorned it with the pretty Bumblebee Gingham Ribbon. So cute!
Three Cool—I tried a third pattern from the Flowers For Every Season DSP with similar decorative elements. Love it!
Wow! This week's Best Dressed LIVE Class Kit has been the most popular ever! I thought I had plenty of supplies, but I had to order in more Best Dressed DSP in order to complete all the kits going out later this week! Have you earned your kit yet? Today is the last day to place your qualifying order!

Some Retiring Items Are Just Being Reconfigured! A few of the dies and an embossing folder will still be available in the new catalog, even though they are listed on the Retired List. They are simply being reconfigured to go with the new die-cutting machine. These items will continue to be available: In The Woods dies, Layering Circles dies, Layering Ovals dies, Layering Squares dies, Nature's Roots dies, Stitched Rectangles dies, Well Written dies, Be Mine Stitched dies and the Woodland Folder.
Some Bundles Are Carrying Over! A few of the bundles featured in the Mini Catalog that were experiencing a Non-Orderable status for numerous weeks will be available at the discounted bundle price in the upcoming Annual Catalog! These include So Sentimental, Peaceful Moments, Painted Labels, Mountain Air, Timeless Tulips and Heartfelt.
Shop Retiring Bundles Remember: Bundles are typically only available for the catalog in which they premiere. Just because a Bundle is retiring, does not necessarily mean that the stamp set is retiring.
Some retiring items are discounted from between 20% - 60%! Check out the PDF list for complete details.
SNAIL Adhesive is retiring, but don't freak out! There are TWO COOL, much better replacement items that will be in the NEW Annual Catalog. Details will come around May 26.
Individual Stampin' Blends Markers are being retired, but you'll still be able to purchase Combo Packs of Stampin' Blends Markers in the NEW Catalog! If you want individual colors...get them quickly before they sell out! Shop for Blends Markers
Due to high demand forretiring stamp sets, these items will have guaranteed availability until May 26; all other products are not guaranteed and are available while supplies last only.
I created these adorable little gifts for my last team event and I love how they turned out! The perfect pick-me-up and so easy to create!
Wrap Basics—I started with a 5-1/2" x 5-1/2" piece of Ornate Garden Designer Series Paper that I wrapped tightly around the Hershey's Chocolate Bar and adhered with one strip of Tear & Tape Adhesive. I didn't adhere the DSP to the candy, because I wanted the wrap to slide off without harming it.
Peaceful Poppy—I used the Poppy Moments dies to die-cut a Terracotta Tile and Early Espresso two-layer poppy. The layers are attached in the center with a couple of Glue Dots. I also added a Whisper White 1/2" Circle punch (retiring) and a flower center die-cut from Gold Glimmer Paper (retiring). The leaf die-cut layers are in Pear Pizzazz and Old Olive and are adhered with Multipurpose Glue. I popped up the flower and leaves with Dimensionals onto the candy bar.
I LOVE that the die-cut poppy matches the poppies on the Ornate Garden DSP so well! Perfect!
Sweet Sentiment—I stamped a Peaceful Moments sentiment in Early Espresso ink onto a Whisper White Painted Labels die-cut. It's popped up onto the candy bar with Dimensionals. I finished up by adding a couple of Rhinestone Jewels that were colored with the Dark Calypso Coral Stampin' Blends Marker.
Two Cool—For the second version, I used an Ornate Garden DSP pattern filled with Daisies! The sentiment is also from Peaceful Moments, stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto a 4" x 3/4" strip of Whisper White. I used a Bone Folder to bend the banner into a wave and I fishtail cut the end.
Daisy Duo—I punched two large Daisy shapes and two small Daisy shapes out of Whisper White cardstock to create the flowers. I used a Bone Folder to curl the petals, then bent them upward at the center point. They are adhered together with Glue Dots. The daisy centers are a 1/2" Circle punched from So Saffron cardstock and topped with retired and now sold out Gold Faceted Gems. Love this look!
If you love making Valentine's Day projects, the From My Heart suite has everything you need! Want to make the projects I demonstrated during the LIVE Class? I'll send you a FREE LIVE Class Kit for this week's projects when you place an Online Order of $35 or more using HOST CODE B939U64P. Class kit will included all the pre-cut supplies & embellishments to create four note cards and one gift box. Offer ends Tuesday, January 14, 2020. Kits will be mailed out by Friday, January 17.
I love this sweet project featuring four cute Valentine's Day note cards and one large gift box. The note cards fit neatly inside of the gift box, so you can give the entire set as a gift! Or, you can use the box to hold a special Valentine's gift or LOTS of treats! It's an extra-large size, so you can really fill it up with all kinds of goodies!
From My Heart Note Card—The cards are all created with the Whisper White Note Cards & Envelopes pack. I love these smaller 3-1/2" x 5" size cards with matching envelopes for Valentine's Day, thank you cards and invitations. I layered a 2-1/2" x 4" piece of From My Heart Specialty Designer Series Paper onto a 2-3/4" x 4-1/4" piece of Petal Pink cardstock. Next, I wrapped some Whisper White Baker's Twine around the layers and tied it into a bow.
Focal Point—I stamped the Heartfelt dotted heart outline in Flirty Flamingo ink onto Whisper White, then added a Real Red sentiment inside. It's punched out with the Heart Punch Pack straight edge heart, then popped up with Dimensionals. I finished with one From My Heart Faceted Gem adhered with Multipurpose Glue.
Lucky To Have A Friend Card—The second card begins with a 3-1/4" x 4-3/4" Whisper White cardstock layer. I added a 3-1/4" x 2" piece of From My Heart DSP, then tied some Real Red Satin Ribbon around the layers. It's mounted to the card front with SNAIL adhesive.
Focal Point—I punched out a Real Red heart then embossed it with the Parisian Flourish embossing folder, and I punched a scalloped heart from the Sparkle Glimmer Paper. They are layered together with Dimensionals, then added to the card front with SNAIL.
Finishing Touches—I stamped the Heartfelt sentiment in Flirty Flamingo ink onto Whisper White, then die-cut a small Stitched Shapes circle and popped that up over the heart with Dimensionals. I finished by gluing on some From My Heart Faceted Gems with small dabs of Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
Love You Lots Note Card—The third card begins with a 5" x 1-1/2" piece of shiny red From My Heart DSP across the middle. I tied some Whisper White Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon around the center, too.
Focal Point—I die-cut a Whisper White Stitched Nested Label and stamped a Real Red arrow on it and mounted it on the card front with Dimensionals. Next, I stamped the sentiment in Flirty Flamingo onto Whisper White and punched it out with a 1-1/2" Circle Punch and popped it up with Dimensionals. I finished with a White Baker's Twine Bow, attached with a Glue Dot, then adhered several Faceted Gems for extra sparkle.
Love Note Card—The last card has a 3/4" strip cut off the card front to expose the inside of the card. I added a 1" x 5" piece of striped From My Heart DSP to that edge. Next, I stamped the small heart designs in Real Red and Flirty Flamingo randomly over the card front.
Focal Point—There are a couple sheets in the From My Heart DSP pack that have heart images that are designed to be punched using the two Heart Punch Pack punches. I punched the top layer with the straight heart and the bottom layer with the scallop heart from two different DSP sheets. They are layered with Dimensionals and adhered to the card front with SNAIL. I stamped the sentiment in Real Red onto Whisper White, hand trimmed the word and adhered it with SNAIL adhesive. I finished by adding some Faceted Gems all around the card, too.
Box Basics—This large box is created with a single sheet of Thick Whisper White cardstock measuring 11" x 7-3/4". Along the short side, I scored at 1-1/4" and 6-1/2". On the long side, I scored at 1", 2-1/4", 6" and 7-1/4". You can watch the LIVE Class Video linked above around the 23:50 mark to see how to snip the sides to make the tabs and assemble the box.
Box Décor—I added a 5" x 3" From My Heart DSP striped pattern to the front bottom of the box and a 5" x 3/4" piece of dotted DSP along the top front flap. Next, I adhered a 5" x 3/4" strip of Sparkle Glimmer Paper to the underside of the flap with some Multipurpose Glue.
Heart Closure—I stamped the Heartfelt dotted heart image in Flirty Flamingo onto Whisper White, then added the sentiment in Real Red. It's punched with the Heart Punch and popped up onto a Heart Doily with Dimensionals. I attached it to the gift box so that the top of the heart would act as a closure for the box. I finished by tying some Real Red Satin Ribbon around the box into a pretty bow and adding a Faceted Gem next to the sentiment.

Hot Cocoa Packet with Stirring Stick
When I get together with my friends for our annual holiday lunch, I like to take a little holiday treat like this. Best of all, it's so easy to make!
Pouch Basics—This pouch begins with a half sheet of Cherry Cobbler cardstock, cut just like a traditional card: 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4". Next, I trimmed away a little diagonal piece of the front. To make a consistent diagonal, I lined up the top of the score line with the bottom right corner of the pouch front on the 1" mark on my Paper Trimmer. It looks like this...
Next, I folded the pouch and glued the bottom edges with a thin line of Multipurpose Glue for a secure hold. TIP: Tear & Tape doesn't work very well on this because of the bulkiness of the cocoa packet. Glue is your best bet! Punch a 1/4" hole through the front and back of the pouch and tie some Shaded Spruce/Gold Stripe Ribbon through the hole and into a bow.
Decorating—I added a 4" x 1-1/2" piece of Wrapped In Plaid Designer Series Paper across the bottom. Next, I die-cut a Cherry Cobbler circle and a Shaded Spruce scallop circle with the Layering Circles dies. They are adhered together with SNAIL. Before popping them up with Dimensionals onto the pouch front, I added three Gold Glimmer Sprig punched shapes to the back of the layers with Tear & Tape.
Perfect Pine—I stamped the Perfectly Pine image in Shaded Spruce onto Whisper White cardstock, then punched it out and added the trunk last in Soft Suede ink. It's popped up with Dimensionals, too, then adorned with three Holiday Rhinestones in Navy.
Cocoa & Stirring Stick—I added a Land O'Lake Cocoa Packet, simply because it had a nice and colorful package. Then, I attached the chocolate covered peppermint stirring stick with one Glue Dot to keep it in place. Both the cocoa and stirring sticks can be found easily online.
Ghirardelli Peppermint Back Treat Tag
Wouldn't this cute treat tag look amazing on the top of a package? You can flip it over and write the "to and from" on the back! Or, use this as a festive tag at each place setting at your holiday table! It's the perfect after-dinner holiday mint! Or, simply pass them out to friends and family or stuff your stockings with them!
Treat Tag Basics—This tag begins with a 6-1/2" x 2" piece of Cherry Cobbler cardstock that I scored at the 3-1/8" and 3-3/8" marks. Next, I punched each end with the Delightful Tag Topper Punch. I tied the top of the tags together with some Cherry Cobbler Diagonal Striped Ribbon.
Decorating—I added a 1-3/4" x 2-1/4" piece of Wrapped In Plaid Designer Series Paper onto the front. Next, I die-cut a Gold Glimmer Paper circle with the Layering Circles dies and popped it up with Dimensionals.
Perfect Pine—I stamped the Perfectly Pine image in Shaded Spruce onto Whisper White cardstock, then punched it out and added the trunk last in Soft Suede ink. It's popped up with Dimensionals, too, then adorned with three Holiday Rhinestones in Cherry Cobbler.

The Tags & More Accessory Kit helps you create quick & cute favors for your Halloween Party! The kit comes with 10 pre-printed tags and tag layers in five colors: Blackberry Bliss, Coastal Cabana, Granny Apple Green, Pretty Peacock and Terracotta Tile. You also get copper washi tape, three colors of baker's twine and copper clips. Add the Copper Dotted Treat Bags and decorate the tags with Halloween images and spooky sentiments!
Tag Basics—I selected the Terracotta Tile tag and added a strip of Copper Foil Washi Tape across the center.
Tag Sentiment—I stamped the Tags Tags Tags image in Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto Whisper White, then die-cut it with the Trio of Tags dies. The cool thing about this all-occasion tag bundle is that the three Halloween-themed tag images are all on one stamp and they can all be die-cut at the same time with the Trio of Tags dies! That makes it SO FAST! Too Cool!
I used Sponge Daubers to add some Terracotta Tile and Crushed Curry ink to the tag to mimic the look of a candy corn. How sweet! I added the sentiment with Dimensionals to the tag.
Finishing Touches—I folded the top of the Copper Dotted Treat Bag down and attached the tag with a copper clip. I tied a bow with Terracotta Tile Baker's Twine from the kit and attached it with a Glue Dot. The bag measures 4-3/4" x 6-3/4", so it's large enough to fit all kinds of goodies!
Happy Boo Halloween Card
Wish someone a Happy Halloween with this creepy card using the same Tags & More Accessory Kit and Tags Tags Tags Bundle. I started by embossing a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Pumpkin Pie cardstock with the Stylish Scroll Embossing Folder, then sponging on some Basic Black ink to look like smoke. I finished the background with a 4" x 1" piece of Basic Black cardstock as a foundation for the tag.
Tag Focal Point—I chose the Granny Apple Green tag from the kit for this focal point and attached a Blackberry Bliss Baker's Twine bow to the top with a Glue Dot. I had already stamped the three Tags Tags Tags Halloween tags for the previous project, and cut them out with the Trio of Tags dies, so the sentiment was ready to go! I added it to the project with Dimensionals.
Pumpkin Smiles—The Trio of Tags dies also includes two little Jack-o-lantern accents, which I die-cut from Pumpkin Pie cardstock. If you look closely, you can see that I mixed up which pumpkin fits over which "o" in the "boo." One pumpkin has a top tooth and the other has a bottom tooth and the die-cuts should cover them perfectly. I love these kind of Stampin' Up! details!
I'm deep in the middle of creating for my upcoming Craft Fairs, so today I'm showing you a couple of new items I'll be featuring this year! I shared how to create these cute Tic Tac Gum pull-treat holders during my LIVE Class last Thursday. Check out the replay of the LIVE Class below, and if you love the products, you can get a FREE Wrapped In Plaid LIVE Class Kit when you place a minimum order with the Host Code by Monday, October 14, 2019.

I found this adorable little project from Lisa Brown's blog and I couldn't wait to try it! It's designed to hold Tic Tac Gum or regular Tic Tacs, so it makes a perfect stocking stuffer or little gift for a friend or co-worker. Best of all, they are pretty simple to create, so you can make a whole batch in a short time!
Holder Basics—For my first project, I used the 6" x 6" Wrapped In Plaid Designer Series Paper and the Perfectly Plaid stamp set. The project starts with a 6" x 6" piece of DSP, so this DSP pack is perfect for lots of variety!
Holder Instructions:
If you're paper is directional, place it with the top of the DSP at the top of the Simply Scored tool. Score along the first side at 1", 2-3/4", 3-3/4" and 5-1/2".
Turn the paper 90° to the right, so the top is now on the right side. Score at the 1", 4-1/2" and 5-1/2" marks.
Fold on all the score lines. Fold down the top trim edge so that is showing.
Trim away the small 1/2" x 1" corner that's at the bottom.
Along the bottom side, cut up the score lines to the intersecting score line.
Place Tear & Tape Adhesive along the skinny tab on the "right side" of the DSP you want to show.
Assemble the box. Close the bottom flaps and add Tear & Tape to secure.
Pinch the top together.
Watch the LIVE Class Replay above to see this in action!
Pull Tab—I cut a 1/2" x 8-1/2" strip of Shaded Spruce cardstock for the pull tab. It's stamped at the top with the Perfectly Plaid "Ho Ho Ho" stamp in Shaded Spruce ink, then the ends are stuck together with Tear & Tape. I added the Tic Tacs inside the strip, then placed it into the treat holder. See the photo later in this post.
Pretty Plaid Pine—I stamped the Perfectly Plaid tree image in Shaded Spruce onto Whisper White cardstock, then punched it out with the Pine Tree Punch. It's popped up onto a Gold Foil Stitched Shapes circle die-cut with Dimensionals. I attached the circle with Dimensionals, too. I finished by adding some Red Rhinestone Jewels to the tree. Watch the LIVE Class Replay to see this in action!
Sweet Sentiment—I stamped a greeting from Itty Bitty Christmas in Shaded Spruce ink onto a 1-5/8" x 1/2" piece of Whisper White cardstock, then fishtail cut the ends. I mounted it under the focal point with Dimensionals.
Two Cool—My second version features the Let It Snow DSP and Snowman Season stamp set. I love the DSP pattern with the large sparkly snowman for this one...so fancy! The pull-tab is stamped with the Snowman Season snowflakes in Coastal Cabana and topped with a Holiday Rhinestone Jewel.
Sparkly Snowman—I stamped the Snowman Season image in Memento Tuxedo Black onto a Whisper White Stitched Shapes circle die-cut. I colored it with Stampin' Blends in Dark Cherry Cobbler, Light Shaded Spruce and Light Pumpkin Pie. It's popped up onto a Cherry Cobbler Layering Circles scalloped circle die-cut and popped up onto the holder. I finished by adding a little Wink of Stella sparkle over the entire snowman.
Sweet Sentiment—I stamped an Itty Bitty Christmas greeting in Memento Black onto a 1-5/8" x 1/2" piece of Whisper White, fishtailed the ends and popped it up with Dimensionals.
Three Cool—This style of treat holder is also perfect for Halloween treat favors! My third project uses the Monster Bash DSP and Spooktacular Bash stamp set. I made a pull-tab from Terracotta Tile and topped it with a Monster Bash Enamel Shape. So spooky!
Daring Sentiment—I stamped the Spooktacular Bash sentiment in VersaMark ink onto Whisper White cardstock and heat embossed it with Black Embossing Powder for a pretty glossy look. It's die-cut with the Ornate Frames dies. I also die-cut a Terracotta Tile frame and Black Foil curly frame layer with the Ornate Frame dies. They are so, SO versatile for any occasion! All of the layers are popped up with Dimensionals.
Cool Candy—Here you can see how I positioned the Tic Tac Gum inside the pull-tab before stuffing them into the holders. I color coordinated my Tic Tac Gum to match the DSP on each holder: orange for Monster Bash, red for Wrapped in Plaid and green for Let It Snow! Too Cool!

Did You Know...?
You Can Select Holiday Catalog Items In Your Starter Kit!
Today's cards begin with the beautiful cards that you get in the Bird Ballad Laser-Cut Notes & Envelopes Tin! First of all, the storage tin is gorgeous! It has a soft Petal Pink matte background and is decorated with shimmer gold leaves that coordinate with the Bird Ballad suite. It's perfect for gift-giving! Inside, you'll find 12 Very Vanilla cards with laser-cut card fronts all in the same design, plus matching Very Vanilla envelopes with a pretty, large scallop seal flap. Simply decorate them and give them as part of a gift set to someone special!
I shared how to add to the cards to turn them into lovely tri-fold cards at my LIVE Class. I got the idea from Too Cool team member Kim Hollenback.
Tri-Fold Card Base—I started with a standard 5-1/2" x 11" Soft Sea Foam card base, scored at the 4-1/4" mark. This card base would overlap with the back of the Bird Ballad card and fold in from the opposite direction, creating the tri-fold. Before adhering, I trimmed off an 1/8" strip from the front flap, just so that it would close a little easier. I also did some stamping on the Bird Ballad card inside with the Free As A Bird leaf image in Soft Sea Foam. The backs are adhered together with a combination of Tear & Tape and SNAIL adhesives.
Focal Point Foundation—I die-cut a Soft Sea Foam scallop circle with the Layering Circles dies and adhered it to the front of the card using tiny dabs of Multipurpose Liquid Glue. TIP: Be sure to open the card and have scrap paper underneath in case some glue oozes out. You can take away any residual stickiness by dabbing the back with an Embossing Buddy.
Next, I fishtail cut a 1-1/2" x 3-1/2" Soft Sea Foam banner and adhered it onto the circle with SNAIL.
Sweet Sentiment—I stamped the Free As A Bird sentiment in Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto a Very Vanilla Stitched Shapes circle, then added some Soft Sea Foam leaves. It's popped up over the banner with Dimensionals.
Finishing Touches—I stamped two Free As A Bird flowers in Memento Black onto Very Vanilla scrap and colored them with Pool Party and Soft Sea Foam Stampin' Blends Markers. They are hand-cut with Paper Snips, then attached to the circle with Glue Dots. I added a couple Pearl Jewels to the flowers that I had colored with the Dark Crumb Cake Blends Marker.
Inside Circle—I hid another sentiment circle behind the front focal point. This time I stamped the birds on a branch image over the Very Vanilla Stitched Shapes circle in Soft Sea Foam ink, then added another phrase in Memento Black. How fun!
Two Cool—Here's another version that I did using Petal Pink for the accent color. The flowers are colored with Petal Pink and Flirty Flamingo Blends and the Pearl Jewels are colored with Flirty Flamingo Blends.
Three Cool—This time, my card base is Pool Party, the scallop is in Pool Party and the 3-1/4" x 3/4" banner is in Crumb Cake.
Focal Point—I stamped the Free As A Bird image in Memento Black and colored it in with Pool Party, Daffodil Delight and Crumb Cake Stampin' Blends Markers. I finished by brushing on some Wink of Stella shimmer. The sentiment is from the same stamp set and the pearls are colored with Crumb Cake Blends.
Inside Circle—The sentiment is from Free As A Bird. I colored the flowers with Daffodil Delight Blends.
