Sneak Peek: Flowers of Friendship & NEW In Colors!

Hi Stamping Friends!

One of my favorite new stamp sets (so far!) is the Flowers of Friendship set! Yesterday, I gave you a peek of one of the images on a couple of swap cards. Today, I'm highlighting other fun flowers from the set, along with the coordinating punch for those flowers! You'll also get a peek of all of the NEW In Colors!

Remember, all of the new products will be available when the 2021-2022 Annual Catalog goes LIVE next week on May 4th!  Woohoo!

As I mentioned yesterday, I'll have complete details for the In Color Club coming in the next week, so stay tuned!

Until then, don't forget to reserve your spot for my annual Paper Share…

Introducing The 2021 Annual Catalog Paper Share!

Enjoy 112 NEW Papers, Plus 7 Bonus Pieces, For Only $42!

I'm so excited to once again offer a fun & affordable way for you to be able to try ALL of the awesome Designer Series Papers** from the 2021-2022 Annual Catalog!

I Want It All, Right Now!  If you're like me, you can't wait to get your hands on every style of DSP to see it in person and start using it on your projects!  But, purchasing full packs of all the paper styles is much too costly for one person, especially when you have lots of other new stamps and accessories on your wishlist!  Right?!

Too Cool Paper Share To The Rescue!  I'm organizing a 2021 Annual Catalog Paper Share, so that groups of eight people can split the cost and enjoy the full selection of Designer Series Paper patterns right away, at a price that is very affordable!

Variety & Value!  If you were to purchase each DSP pack yourself, it would cost more than $288, plus tax! With the 2021 Annual Catalog Paper Share, you'll get all varieties to create with right away, at a fraction of the price, then you can order more of the styles you like most later on!

Click HERE to Reserve Your Spot Now

Please Be Aware…Backorders Are Possible!  Due to ongoing global shipping delays, backorders are always a possibility. If ANY of the papers are on backorder, I will hold the entire Paper Share until ALL papers are available. If it is anticipated to be an extended backorder wait, I may offer additional options, such as an optional additional shipping fee to ship a partial share, or refunding the cost of the papers that are unavailable. I will do my best to get the papers to you in a timely manner!  TIP: If you reserve your order by May 3, you'll have the best shot at avoiding any backorder issues!

**In Color 6" x 6" DSP Not Included—I do not include the new In Color Designer Series Paper Pack in this share, since I offer with my In Color Club.

Flowers of friendship in colors - peters 1Swap card created by BJ Peters.

Flowers of Friendship In Color Thanks Card
BJ Peters featured the four-petal flower from the NEW Flowers of Friendship stamp set on her swap card, which also gives you a sneak peek of all of the NEW In Colors: NEW Polished Pink, NEW Soft Succulent, NEW Pale Papaya, NEW Fresh Freesia and NEW Evening Evergreen! I'd love to know what you think of the new collection!

Background Basics—BJ's card begins by stamping the larger Flowers of Friendship image in Polished Pink ink onto a 3-3/4" x 1-5/8" piece of Polished Pink cardstock. It's adhered to the top of a 4" x 5-1/4" Basic Black background. Next, she stamped the small flower border image in Fresh Freesia ink onto a 3-3/4" x 1-1/8" piece of Fresh Freesia cardstock, then adhered it to the bottom. A Memento Tuxedo Black sentiment from the same stamp set was stamped onto the 3-3/4" x 1" Pale Papaya cardstock was added next, then finally a 3-3/4" x 1-1/8" piece of Soft Succulent cardstock to finish the background. The layers are mounted onto a Crumb Cake card base.

Friendly Flowers—BJ stamped the larger Flowers of Friendship image on scrap Polished Pink in Memento Black ink, then added some extra shading with a Dark Polished Pink Stampin' Blends Marker. The smaller flower was inked in Memento Black and stamped onto Fresh Freesia, then colored with a Dark Fresh Freesia Stampin' Blends Marker. Both flowers were punched with the coordinating NEW Flowers & Leaves Punch—so easy!  She popped up the flowers with Dimensionals and added a few Evening Evergreen leaves, punched from that Flowers & Leaves Punch, tucked underneath. So sweet!

Finishing Touches—BJ finished the card by adding Opal Rounds gems to each of the flowers…coordinates perfectly!

Flowers of Friendship Better With Friends Card
Natalie Travis shared this pretty swap card spotlighting the beautiful Fresh Freesia In Color!

Background Basics—Natalie began by stamping the Flowers of Friendship sentiment in Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto a 3-3/4" x 5" piece of Basic White. Next, she created a cool background with a simple masking technique. She used one of the decorative masks from the Basic Patterns Mask pack, along with the awesome Blending Brushes, to add Fresh Freesia color across the Basic White piece in a diagonal pattern. She layered that onto a 4" x 5-1/4" piece of Basic Black and mounted it onto a Fresh Freesia card base.

Friendly Flowers—Natalie stamped the Flowers of Friendship large and medium flowers in Fresh Freesia ink onto Fresh Freesia cardstock, then punched them with the Flowers and Leaves Punch. The flowers are popped up and topped with Matte Black Dots. I love this monochromatic card!
I'd Love To Hear From You!

  1. These are really cute cards Angie. I’m wondering if you know that when I get your newest e-mail post; there is a photo of Diana Gibb next to “Too Cool Stamping. Angie Leach and not your photo! It’s been this way for a while. I’m NOT on her newsletter. Haven’t been for umpteen yrs.!??
