Christmastime Is Here With Wintery White
Fabulous Focal Point—The Christmas Rose stamp set has a lot of parts and pieces that come together to create a beautiful focal point bouquet, but don't be intimidated by that. Just take one image at a time and it comes together pretty quickly. I started by stamping the outline image in VersaMark ink onto Whisper White cardstock, then sprinkling Gold Embossing Powder over the top, tapping off the excess and heat-setting it with a Heat Tool until glossy & smooth.
- Rose image stamped in Cherry Cobbler ink.
- Add the three leafy images in Soft Sea Foam ink.
- Add the Poppy Parade berries with the four berries dies.
- Finish with Crumb Cake pine cones.
TIP: Use a tissue to wipe up any excess ink on the image that resisted the embossing powder. Otherwise, you risk transferring ink onto your cutting plates when you cut out the image.
I used the coordinating Roses Dies to die-cut the focal point and popped it up on the card front with Dimensionals.
