Meet My New Puppies—Jax & Millie!
Please forgive my sporadic posting this week as we welcomed two 12-week-old puppies to our family! They are pootons, which is a mix between a poodle and a Coton de Tulear (I had never heard of them either!). Boy, oh boy, they are full of energy and cuteness! I picked them up on Monday and they are doing so good already! They are whining much less than I anticipated and settle down pretty quickly at night. I read that puppies sleep between 16-20 hours a day…HA! That sure hasn't been the case yet! They are up and raring to go all the time! I think it's just all the excitement of a new place. The biggest challenge has been to get them on a good potty schedule when it's been so cold and snowy right now. They've been doing surprisingly well! They have already learned how to sit and Jax has learned to lay down, too! Can't wait to teach them more tricks! They'll do anything for Cheerios!
Thanks For Your Patience! The first couple of weeks is a critical time to get these pups adjusted and into a good routine, so mom-mode is top priority for me at the moment. I'm still here for questions and I promise that I'll get back on a better posting schedule very soon! I'll be posting more photos of Jax & Millie on my Too Cool Stampers Facebook VIP Group. Here are a few of my favorites!
