The Mini Pizza Boxes are so much fun for treats and gift packaging, but they were specifically designed to hold a set of 3x3" Note Cards with Envelopes!  We'll be creating a whole set of Note Cards with my Painted Harvest Stamp-of-the-Month class kit.  My class is the perfect way to try out this fun product!  You'll even receive a few extra pizza boxes in the kit, so you can make more note card sets, treat boxes or cookie holders.  Too Cool!

Painted Harvest Sunflower Pizza Box Note Cards Set

This little Mini Pizza Box note cards set is a pretty little gift that is sure to brighten someone's day!  Not only are the little 3x3" cards super cute, but the Mini Pizza Box is so tiny and adorable!  Add the beautiful Painted Harvest sunflower images and the set is even more fun to create!

 

  

Mini Pizza Box—The Mini Pizza Boxes come flat and unassembled in a package of 8, and they fold up just like a real pizza box without any adhesive.  The glossy side is the food-safe inside (perfect for cookies), and the matte side is smooth and stampable.

 

Pizza Box Décor— I decorated the box with a 3" x 12" strip of Painted Autumn Designer Series Paper, adhered on the ends with Fast Fuse, so that the belly band could easily slip off to open the box. Next, I wrapped the box with some Crushed Curry Mini Chevron Ribbon and tied it into a double-knot.  I stamped the Painted Harvest phrase in Early Espresso and stamped some dots in Pear Pizzazz ink.  I die-cut the sentiment with the Stitched Shapes Framelits and layered it onto a Cajun Craze scallop circle cut with the Layering Circles Framelits.  It's all popped up with Dimensionals over the ribbon.

 

 

How Many Cards Fit In A Pizza Box?— I created a set of 5 note cards, which fits nicely along with envelopes.  Generally, I would say it holds 3-8 cards, depending on your card designs.  You could have more note cards if you have only one layer without embellishments.  If you have more embellishments or popped up layers on your notes, less cards will fit in the box. 

 

 

Note Cards Set—I had so much fun experimenting with lots of Painted Harvest sunflower colors on these cards!  I designed this set so that you could stamp the flowers in all your favorite colors!

 

 

Note Cards Décor—I stamped the flowers onto a 2-7/8" x 2-7/8" layers of Whisper White.  First, I stamped the darker, detailed image, then I stamped the lighter, solid image over the top twice, rotating the image 180° on the second time.  I added a Pear Pizzazz leaf image to the side and stamped the flower center and sentiment in Early Espresso.  I mounted the layer onto a coordinating 3x3" folded note card and added a Linen Thread bow with a Glue Dot.

 

Color Combinations—I encourage you to play with colors you love.  Here are the colors I used for each card.

• Cajun Craze card base with Cajun Craze detailed image and Peekaboo Peach solid image.
• Soft Sky card base with Marina Mist detailed image and Soft Sky solid image.
• Garden Green card base with Flirty Flamingo detailed image and Berry Burst solid image.

• Crushed Curry card base with Tangerine Tango detailed image and Crushed Curry solid image.
• Early Espresso card base with Bermuda Bay detailed image and Pool Party solid image.
