You are not alone my dear! I work at the end of my dining room table (seats 8) and instead of putting things away after a project, I shove them towards the other end. The cat doesn't much care for that as she likes to lay in front of me and sleep. LOL

Like you, running out of room, searching for a missing inkpad or the girls coming over forces me to put it all away and start again!

You are in good company, if I do say so myself!

I completely forgot to say how beautiful this card is!!! Thank you for sharing!

You are so spot-on with your craft room saga. I am in the process of cleaning up my dining room table right now...finally found what I was looking for! The craft room tables are another story...if I really get busy, I might be able to craft one of them as well. New catalog, now new Holiday catalog...oh my!!!

I was laughing so hard when I read your blog. This is me! In fact I have multiple containers in my bedroom of stamping things for every time I had to clear off the dining table when guests came over. You would think I would later put away the items in the containers, but I end up just buying more containers! And I can relate to that 12"x12" space! I know it's really bad when I start cutting and scoring on other things piled on the table because I ran out of room.

OMG, you are so messy....AND so am I. You described me to a T. Actually, sometimes my workspace is 8x8, LOL. But then, I have to stop and put everything back and start all over again. It's clean and clear for my workshops, funny how that works!

Wendy Reed

I am so glad that I am not the only one who has a messy work space. I do exactly the same as you, I keep moving onto a clearer spot and start all over again. My husband says that where there is a flat surface, I put things on it. I have to show him your blog. Thanks for sharing.

Did you know you qualify for a pilot's license---I pile it there, I pile it here!
Us creative types must stick together! Funny thing is, I know exactly where it is all located until I have to clean it up out of force or embarrassment!
