This awesome card was created by Michelle Hoover, one of my Too Cool Demo Team members. I love how the new Birthday Block individual stamp complements the Birthday Builder Wheel. It's all about coordination, baby! The Star Designer Brad (retiring) and double-sided Rich Razzleberry 1/2" Polka Dot Ribbon (retiring) combination look great, too! I'll have to borrow that idea.

Builder Wheels with the Triple-Cell Cartridge on Whisper White card stock: So Many Stars in Night of Navy, Birthday in Old Olive, and Candle Crazy in Rich Razzleberry. Background was misted with Silver Foil Smooch Spritz. The Birthday Block is colored with markers, and corners are punched with the Ticket Corner Punch.
